อ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค 1) เพื่อศึกษาตนทุนและผลตอบแทนจากการปลูกพริกของสวนนวลจันทร บานหนองมุก ตำบลหัวเรือ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีและ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะหตนทุนและผลตอบแทนในการปลูกพริกสวนนวลจันทร บานหนองมุก ตำบลหัว เรือ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีกลุมตัวอยางที่ใชในการวิจัยคือ สวนนวลจันทร บานหนองมุก ตำบลหัวเรือ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัด อุบลราชธานีการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลโดยใชวิธีการสัมภาษณเชิงลึกของขอมูลตนทุนและผลตอบแทนของการปลูกพริกของสวนนวลจันทร บานหนองมุก ตำบลหัวเรือ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีผลการศึกษาพบวา ตนทุนของการปลูกพริก พื้นที่ 3 ไร ประกอบดวย ตนทุนการผลิตผันแปรและตนทุนการผลิตคงที่ ตนทุนผันแปรประกอบดวย ตนทุนวัตถุดิบรวมเปนเงิน 13,000 บาท คาแรงงานทางตรง ประกอบดวย คาแรงงานในการปลูก ซึ่งเปนการคิดคาแรงงานแบบเหมาจายรวมเปนเงิน 4,500 บาท มี และมีคาใชจายในการผลิตเปน เงิน 6,610 บาท ตนทุนผันแปรรวม ประกอบดวย วัตถุดิบรวม คาแรงงานทางตรง และคาใชจายในการผลิต เทากับ 24,110 บาท ตนทุนคงที่ประกอบดวย คาใชที่ดินและคาเสื่อมราคาอุปกรณการเกษตร เปนเงินรวม 7,485 บาท รวมตนทุนนารปลูกทั้งหมด 3 ไร เปน เงิน 31,595 บาท ตนทุนการปลูกทั้งหมดตอไรเทากับ 10,531.67 บาท คาใชจายในการเก็บและบรรจุผลผลิต 16,700 บาท ผลตอบแทนที่ไดจากการจำหนายพริก ปริมาณผลผลิตทั้งหมด 1,600 กิโลกรัม กิโลกรัมละ 62.38 บาท รายไดจากการจำหนายรวม 99,800 บาท สวนผลการวิเคราะหตนทุนและผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนปลูกพริกโดยใชอัตราสวนทางการเงิน พบวา อัตราสวนกำไร ขั้นตน เทากับ 68.34% แสดงถึงความสามารถในการทำกำไรไดดีอัตราสวนผลตอบแทนตอสินทรัพยเทากับ 459.61% แสดงวากิจการ ไดนำสินทรัพยไปใชในการดำเนินงานไดอยางมีประสิทธิภาพ อัตราผลตอบแทนจากเงินลงทุนเทากับ 120.34% ซึ่งถือวามีผลตอบแทน จากการลงทุนที่ดีถือวาการลงทุนมีความคุมคา รวมถึงมีปริมาณ ณ จุดคุมทุนอยูที่ 99 กิโลกรัม คำสำคัญ: ตนทุน ผลตอบแทน อัตราสวนทางการเงิน การปลูกพริก

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the cost and return of chili planting at Nuanchan Garden, Ban Nong Muk, Hua Ruea Sub-district, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, and 2) to analyze the cost and return of chili planting at Nuanchan Garden, Ban Nong Muk, Hua Ruea Sub-district, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani. The sample used in this research was Nuanchan Garden, Ban Nong Muk, Hua Ruea Sub-district, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. Data were collected using in-depth interview methods of cost and return of chilli planting at Nuanchan Garden, Ban Nong Muk, Hua Ruea Sub-district, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The results of the study revealed that 1) the cost of planting chili in an area of 3rai consisted of variable production costs and fixed production costs. Variable costs include the direct materials costs is 13,000 baht. The direct labor costs include the labor cost of planting. which is a fixed cost of labor in the total amount of 4,500 baht, and there is a overhead cost of 6,610 baht. Total variable costs consist of direct materials costs, direct labor costs and overhead costs were 24,110 baht. Fixed costs consisted of Land use cost and agricultural equipment depreciation totaled 7,485 baht, total cost of planting 3 rai was 31,595 baht. Total planting cost per rai was 10,531.67 baht. Expenses for collecting and packing produce 16,700 baht. The total production volume is 1,600 kilograms, sales revenue 62.38 baht per kilogram, and total sales revenue is 99,800 baht. As for the results of the analysis of cost and return on investment in chili planting using financial ratios, it was found that the gross profit margin was 68.34%, indicating the ability to good profit, return on assets ratio of 459.61% indicates that the entity is effectively using the assets to operate. Return on investment is 120.34%, which is considered a good return on investment. It is considered worthwhile investment. Including the amount at the break-even point is 99 kg.
