Abstract |
This research has its objectives to study the Key Success of Residence Business Administration in Ubon Ratchathani City Municipality. By indicating 237 Residence entrepreneurs as sampling groups within the proximity of Ubon Ratchathani City Municipality. And we use the Cluster sampling technique, with the survey as a mean to collect data. With the reliability of the questionnaire equal to 0.74. The Statistics to analyzing the data are percentage, average mean and the Standard Deviation. And the results of the research has found that, overall, the Residence entrepreneurs within the proximity of Ubon Ratchathani City Municipality has put their attention to manage their Residence business in a much more significant level. And the most significant achievement of Residence business is how to manage the security in the Residence. The second most important achievement is how to manage the Cleanliness and utilities in Residence. The thirst most important achievement is Parking management. And the least important achievement in the Residence business is the Residence advertisements.
